• Attempt to re-identify, scrape, or extract data in violation of these terms;
• Compromise the security or integrity of the services, or interfere with other users;
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on behalf of an organization.

Permitted use of data

Data accessed through Cashmere must be used solely for legitimate business purposes consistent with applicable law and the permissible-use representations made to us. You are responsible for ensuring your use cases comply with all relevant regulations.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct we believe violates this policy or harms Cashmere, its customers, or others.
